Jorgia provides evidence-based treatment for anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and neurodivergent experiences, including ADHD and autism. Using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), she helps individuals identify and modify unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours, fostering emotional regulation and resilience. CBT also supports neuroplasticity—the brain's ability to reorganise and strengthen neural connections—by reinforcing adaptive cognitive and behavioural responses. She creates a supportive, nonjudgmental space and offers both in-person and online sessions tailored to meet each client's unique needs.
